Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Share Call (sharecall.in), we are committed to delivering quality inbound call campaign services for astrologers and spiritual practitioners across India. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing any campaign package.
1. Service Nature
Share Call provides digital marketing and inbound call campaign services. Since we initiate live campaigns and allocate resources upon payment, our services are largely non-tangible and non-returnable in the traditional sense.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The campaign was never activated due to a technical error on our part.
- You were charged more than the published package price (overcharge).
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- Campaigns that have already started delivering calls.
- Change of mind after payment.
- Low conversion rates — call quality depends on caller intent, not guaranteed conversions.
- Incorrect phone number provided by the client at the time of order.
- Campaigns paused or cancelled at the client's request mid-way.
4. Partial Refunds
If a campaign is cancelled before completion due to a proven issue on our side, a pro-rated refund for unused calls may be offered at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order ID, payment reference, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
