Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using sharecall.in. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Sharecall

Sharecall.in is a campaign management platform that provides inbound call campaigns for astrologers and related practitioners across India. We connect astrologers with callers through targeted marketing campaigns.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and a practicing astrologer or related professional. By purchasing a campaign package, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Campaign Packages

• Campaign packages are purchased for a fixed duration and number of daily inbound calls
• Call volumes are targets and may vary slightly based on campaign performance
• Campaigns begin within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation and video upload
• Target regions are selected at the time of purchase and cannot be changed mid-campaign

4. Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of 18% GST
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Payment is required in full before campaign activation
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of campaign services:

• No refunds are provided once a campaign has been activated
• If we are unable to deliver the campaign, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days
• For pre-activation cancellations (before video upload), contact us within 24 hours of payment

6. Content Guidelines

Your campaign video must not contain misleading claims or false promises, must not violate any Indian laws or regulations, and must be relevant to astrology, vastu, numerology, or related services. We reserve the right to reject any video that does not meet our content guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sharecall.in is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of astrology services provided by campaign holders, any outcomes or decisions made by callers based on astrology consultations, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on sharecall.in (logo, design, text) is the property of Sharecall. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
